Support and DSC FAQs

Only designated support contacts (DSCs) have access to Support Central where support tickets are managed.

A DSC, or designated support contact, is named in an organization’s maintenance contract with SumTotal as the individual who will be the primary point of contact with SumTotal support team.

This is dependent on the terms of your contract. The standard offering is two designated support contacts per organization.

DSCs can now manage DSC access in Support Central under 'Manage Contacts'. Please reach out to your Account Manager or an existing Designated Support Contact to have changes made to the DSC support contacts for your organization.

Currently we do not offer DSC-specific training.

There can be multiple reasons why you may be getting this error. Please contact contactsupport-ST@csod.com with specific details and screen shots so we can further troubleshoot.
