    Support and DSC FAQs

    Only designated support contacts (DSCs) have access to the DSC Portal where support tickets are managed.

    A DSC, or designated support contact, is named in an organization’s maintenance contract with SumTotal as the individual who will be the primary point of contact with SumTotal support team.

    This is dependent on the terms of your contract. The standard offering is two designated support contacts per organization.

    Please reach out to your Account Manager or an existing Designated Support Contact to have changes made to the DSC support contacts for your organization.

    The DSC Certification Program is an online certification which will be available for DSC’s to access during the on-boarding process. Certification courses will be based on the version and product lines. This program is designed to help designated support contacts (DSCs) operate effectively and efficiently - get product training and best practices for working with SumTotal’s Customer Support team on the SumTotal Learn, SumTotal Talent and SumTotal Maestro product pillars.

    There can be multiple reasons why you may be getting this error. Please contact with specific details and screen shots so we can further troubleshoot.
