Cookies and Log Files

SumTotal Systems uses cookies to:

Log Files

Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information, and are never given to third parties. Aggregate information may be used by SumTotal to enhance the community.

We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username.


Members can subscribe to discussion forums, which will prompt the system to send an email when new posts are added to the discussion forums of their choosing. SumTotal may subscribe certain individuals to announcement forums that share product-critical information. You can unsubscribe from discussion forums.
